If you have problems with your university account or problems accessing any of the University web portals (e.g. Mondo, ‘My Studies’), you should contact the IT help desk. In the self service portal ("Serviceportalen") you can find FAQ’s, guides and instructional videos for various IT systems and software, and through the portal you can also contact the help desk. The phone number and phone hours for the help desk are available on the website.
