Access to Stockholm University's web based platforms

On the university website you can find a collection of links to study support systems and the most important IT services for students at Stockholm University - in English and in Swedish.

Athena

Athena is the university's online learning platforms. After you have registered for a course, you will get access to the Athena sites for your course. Make sure you check your course sites regularly for information regarding your studies. As well as accessing course material, on Athena you can also hand in assignments and communicate with fellow students.

Ladok for students

Through Ladok for students, you need to register before the start of term for courses that you are admitted to. You can also sign up for exams, check your results, update your contact information, and print out a registration certificate or a transcript of records.

Schedules

For most courses you can access your online schedule by logging in through your university account after you have registered. However, some courses include more than one group or different optional modules. Make sure you read the information for your course carefully - on Athena and on our website - to see if you will be be divided into different groups or modules so that you know which schedules to follow. If you have questions about your schedule, it is important that you contact our Student Affairs Office so that you don't miss any of the teaching.
